Ronah Debut

Ronah’s birthday is actually last July.  Because of her busy schedule (she’s studying in La Salle), she wasn’t able to have a debut celebration.  But now she has and a very beautiful one too.

I flew (again) to Manila to shoot her there at her school but, unlike our Ateneo shoot before, La Salle’s very strict so we decided to have a different shoot instead.  Also, I found out that to shoot in nice places in Manila, you have to pay extra, especially if you’re carrying a large cam (bummer).  Very different from here in CDO.

Oh well, just watch her video.  And see Ronah “make it happen”.  :)

Julie + Marlon

Our first Christmas Eve wedding.

The couple said it’s a tradition in Marlon’s family that they get married on the 24th of December.

This is the first time we mixed the prenup shots with the onsite.

Hope you enjoy the video.  Merry Christmas!

Catherine + Jason

“Can I kiss my bride now?” - Jason’s question to the officiating minister during their exchange of vows made the whole congregation burst into laughter.  While the pastor answered, “Not yet, this is not the time.  This is not the time.”

That defined their wedding day.  Happy and relaxed, with a few “excited” moments. :)

Catherine and Jason were meant for each other, according to the pastor.  Both are chinese.  Both have similarities with each other.  Both religious.  Both have the same number of siblings.  Even their dads look alike.  Only God can do this.  We agree.

Check out their onsite video.

Chiery at 18

Chiery is one of those girls that others want to be: she’s pretty, a beauty pageant finalist, and a very good singer.  Her parents, especially her Mom is really proud of her. That’s why they wanted to make her debut extra special.

We made it extra special too.  :)

Joan + Chuck

I found this on their weddingannouncer.com webpage:

It was never “love at first sight“.
It was “the more you hate, the more you love”.

:)

That is what Joan had written there.  While for Chuck, after he saw her pass by in a hospital entrance, wrote:

“Time never stopped as some love stories often told.  There were no melodies or the rampant beating of the heart.  There was only me and a part of me that walk by.”

Eventually they became a couple and after a year “of being so deeply and crazily in love with each other,” they made a choice.

Here is a little documentation of that event.  Enjoy!
