Ah yes! The theme for my blogsite now contains my all-time favorite color combination.  Now I feel complete.

Update: We are going to have our first Davao wedding (Ron Ryan & Annson) at Eden on August 4. We are very excited for it’s gonna be a 6 hour road trip!  Been preparing for this monumental event this early in our careers hehehe.  I have watched DVDs of The Hitcher, Road Trip & Texas Chainsaw Massacre as added precautionary measures. Hehehe.

KASALAN 2007 Wrap-up

This was our first time to join a bridal fair. Which is why our booth (or area, as the Professional Organizers people would want us to call it), wasn’t really that wedding-y. Yes we showed our little library of onsites & avps, but the overall booth just wasn’t at par with the others. Man, they really prepared for this event.Â
On the first day of Kasalan, I wasn’t satisfied with the foot traffic and inquiries (hardly any), so we had to “upgrade” our TV to really show what our videos are made of. (For those who attended, you know what the upgrade was) 
Well overall, it was a great experience. I’ve met many suppliers of all variants (the friendly ones, the plastic ones, and the ‘feeling’ ones) and many potential clients.
 I’m already looking forward to KASALAN 2009!

Jet & Steph Onsite Video

Our very early 8am wedding coverage.
Almost didn’t finish the onsite on time as we were marred by several problems (injuries, equipment malfunctions, fatigue).
Yes, honest.  Even though it sounded as if I was describing the series between the Cavs and the Pistons, it really happened to us yesterday.
But we were able to pull it off, just like LeBron did in game 5 against the Pistons.

By the way, congratulations to the Cleveland Cavaliers! We are going to the NBA FINALS! Awooooo!
Gone With The Wind (…Or Tree)

It rained so hard yesterday that one of the oldest restaurant in CDO got crushed when one of the oldest tree in the city collapsed. Â
This restaurant is near our office so I had the chance to take one last picture of the 15 plus year old establishment.Â
Hope no one got hurt.

Just finished shooting the prenup video of Jet & Steph at Lauremar, Opol. Â
The bride-to-be brought her digicam and we took some “amateur” shots (hey, I’m just a videographer!)

Our first wedding at Eco-Church. The song is by Cascada, who also happens to have a cover for me & my wife’s “theme” song.
The bride got tensed (and mad… really mad) as some problems arose during the day (bad flowers, blackouts during prep & in the church, etc.)
Challenged us to make their onsite video extra special to please the bride & groom.  And I think it did! Hope you’ll be too. Â
